Online Registration has closed, please register on-site at the IPEC 2010 On-Site Conference Secretariat at Room 307, Level 3 in Suntec SICEC during the following hours:

In order to participate in the activities of IPEC 2010, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference. Registrants may register up to two papers per registration. The page limit is 6 pages. Each additional page incurs a fee of SGD100 per page.
Author registration payment must be made by 15 September 2010; otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.
Early Bird and Member Registration
Authors who make their payment by
IEEE, IET and IES members are required to indicate their membership number on the registration form and to bring along their current membership card for verification at the conference.
Student Rate
Participants are eligible for student rate if he/she is a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate
student. Students must fax in their 'student identification card' to

Items Included in the Registration Fee
Conference registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings (CD-ROM), admission to the tutorial, all technical sessions, tea/coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, conference banquet and all applicable taxes. Student Registration will not be entitled to the conference banquet.
Registration fee for accompanying person covers ONLY the welcome reception, conference banquet and all applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
Cancellation must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat Office. Cancellation received on or before 1 October 2010 will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge. No refund will be made after 1 October 2010, however, an alternative delegate’s name may be submitted. Refund will not be made for NO SHOW.
